Its customers incorporate its technology into their products or manufacturing processes, for a range of applications in a variety of markets, including industrial, scientific, electronics, semiconductor, medical and aerospace. The Company’s products enable customers to make advances in materials and processing technology and to meet manufacturing specifications. The Company’s products are grouped into three segments: Precision Technology, Semiconductor Systems and Excel Technology, Inc. (Excel).
