Income Financial Trust (the Trust) is a mutual fund trust. The Trust invests its assets in a diversified portfolio consisting principally of common shares issued by corporations whose shares are included in the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) Capped Financials Index, the S&P Financials Index or the S&P MidCap Financials Index. The TSX Capped Financials Index is a stock market sub-index that consists of the top ranking financial services companies (by quoted market value) that are included in the S&P/TSX Composite Index. The S&P Financials Index is an index comprised of the shares of financial services companies that are included in the Standard & Poor�s 500 Index, which is an index comprising the shares of 500 large corporations whose shares are publicly traded in the United States. On an average, the portfolio consists of shares of between 25 and 40 issuers. Quadravest Inc. acts as the manager of the Trust and Quadravest Capital Management Inc. acts as the investment manager.
