The Company commercializes the products under the brand name, DataTRAC. The wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company are Pneu-Logic Corporation (PLCL), AVID Canada Corporation and Advanced ID Asia Pacific Company Limited (Advanced AP). AVID Canada Corporation is a reseller of radio frequency identification microchips and scanners manufactured by American Veterinary Identification Devices of the United States under the brand name AVID. PLCL is a reseller of RFID products for the tire industry. Advanced AP was set up in Hong Kong to allow the Company to enter The People’s Republic of China.
