Tiger Telematics, Inc. (Tiger Telematics), formerly known as Floor Decor, Inc., along with its wholly owned subsidiaries are principally engaged in the business of developing and marketing the Gizmondo wireless handheld multi-entertainment gaming device. The Company is in the retail flooring business and also is a designer, developer and marketer of mobile telematics systems and services that combine global positioning and voice recognition technology to locate and track vehicles and people down to the street level in countries throughout the world. Tiger Telematics' subsidiaries include Media Flooring, Inc., Gizmondo Europe Ltd. (formerly Tiger Telematics Europe Ltd.), Tiger Telematics USA, Inc., ISIS Models Ltd., Indie Studios, Warthog Plc (including four wholly owned subsidiaries of Warthog Plc) and Globicom, Inc. In September 2005, the Company acquired 84% interest in Globicom, Inc., to provide wireless network support for Gizmondo.
