BIOPRO Technology’s product concept is based on products developed using energy resonance technology (ERT) and molecular resonance effect technology (MRET). The FemOne division markets cosmetic products under the brand name Channoine and nutritional and hormonal balancing products under the brand name FemOne. In March 2006, the Company formed its subsidiary BIOPRO Technology South Africa PTY, Ltd. to distribute its products in South Africa. It owns 100% of the outstanding shares of BIOPRO Technology South Africa.
