As of December 31, 2008, the Company operated in three business segments: Microgen Aptitude Solutions, Billing Services and Financial Systems. The wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company include Microgen UK Limited, Microgen Solutions Inc., Microgen Solutions Limited, Microgen Asset Management Solutions Limited, Microgen (South Africa) Limited, Microgen Banking Systems Limited, Microgen Wealth Management Systems Limited, Microgen (Channel Islands) Limited, Microgen Management Services Limited and Microgen Aptitude Limited. On November 30, 2009, the Company completed the disposal of its Billing Services Division to Swiss Post Solutions Limited.
