Imagination Technologies Group plc is principally engaged in the design, development and marketing of multimedia technology, and products incorporating this technology. Imagination Technologies has a range of application-focused open standards-based intellectual property (IP) cores, including multimedia accelerators for graphics, video and audio; multi-standard communications engines, and system-on-chip (SoC) processing solutions. The Company operates through two business segments: the Technology business, comprising licensing and royalty revenues, and the PURE Digital business. Its consumer electronics division, PURE Digital, integrates and promotes the Company’s technology, pathfinds new market areas and creates consumer products. Its subsidiaries includes Imagination Technologies Limited, PowerVR Technologies Limited and Metagence Technologies Limited.
