I.M. Skaugen SE is a Norway-based holding company, active within the marine transportation sector. It is primarily engaged in the transportation of petrochemical gases: liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG). The Company is also active in the business of marine transfer of crude oil and LNG, as well as in the shipbuilding business, constructing small and specialized marine vessels. I.M. Skaugen operates within three business areas: Gas Activities, which are conducted by Norgas Carriers AS, and comprise transportation of petrochemical gases and carbon dioxide (CO2); China Activities, which are conducted by Skaugen (China) Holding Company and are concentrated on domestic gas and chemical transportation, training of seafarers and building new vessels, and Marine Transfer Activities that are conducted by Skaugen Petro Trans, Inc., and comprise marine transfer of crude oil and LNG. The Company’s activities are stretched throughout Northern America, Europe and Asia.
