The Grande Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company along with its subsidiaries and associates is engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of electronic products and components, trading of audio and video products, and licensing of trademarks. The Company has two segments: branded distribution and electronics manufacturing services (EMS). Branded distribution segment is engaged in trading of audio and video products, licensing business and investments trading. EMS segment is engaged in manufacturing and trading of electronic products and subcontracting service. The branded distribution division manages the distribution and licensing of brands and also includes Emerson. The Company’s subsidiaries include Broadland Investments Limited, The Grande (Nominees) Limited, Grande N.A.K.S. Ltd, The Capetronic Group Limited, Innovative Capital Ltd, Capetronic Technology Limited and The Alpha Capital Services Ltd.
