Paracon Holdings Limited is engaged in information and communications technology (ICT) resource and talent management business. The Company, together with its subsidiaries, offers complementary services where they support core business. It offers services, such as resourcing, permanent recruitment services, project management, professional services, networking and solutions. The Company operates through three segments: Paracon Resourcing, which provides resources to clients on both contract and permanent basis; Business Solutions, which provides services and solutions, including project management services, networking and professional services, and Central Functions, which includes central operations of the Company and its subsidiaries. The Paracon Resourcing division specializes in the supply of ICT contractors on a time and materials basis. Effective June 1, 2009, the Company acquired the contracting business of IC Blue Technologies (Proprietary) Limited.
