Unison Co., Ltd. is engaged in the energy and industrial sectors under five segments. Its wind power segment produces wind turbines and wind power dynamotors, constructs wind turbine units and designs wind turbine generator units and systems. Its open-die forging segment produces components such as rings, flanges, shafts and others for industrial machineries and power generators. Its new and renewable energy segment is engaged in the manufacture of solar modules, provision, design and construction of solar generating systems, as well as the construction of bio-gas plants. Its construction segment provides bridge and road systems including lead rubber bearings, elastomeric bearings, pot bearings, expansion joints and others. Its plant segment manufactures variable springs, constant springs and sway struts, as well as spring hangers. The Company completed spin-off of its bridge construction products, plant equipment products and bio-energy power system businesses on October 1, 2009.
