On August 14, 2023, the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Napco Security Technologies Inc, concluded that the previously issued unaudited interim financial statements for fiscal quarters ended September 30, 2022, December 31, 2022 and March 31, 2023, respectively, included in the Company’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q for such respective quarters should no longer be relied upon.
