Business Summary
Capital Gains Income STREAMS Corporation is a mutual fund company. The Company’s investment objectives are to provide holders of equity dividend shares with fixed cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends; to provide holders of capital yield shares with regular monthly cash distributions, and to return the original issue price. The remaining assets of the Company are invested in a diversified portfolio consisting principally of common shares issued by corporations whose shares form part of the S&P/TSX 60 Index or the Standard and Poor’s 500 Composite Stock Price Index. Quadravest Inc. (the Manager) is the manager of the Company and Quadravest Capital Management Inc. (Quadravest) is the portfolio adviser.
