Aspial Corporation Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, together with its subsidiaries, operates in two business segments: manufacture and sale of jewelry, and property development. Its other operations include pawn brokerage services, rental of properties and the provision of other support services. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company launched and sold all the units in projects, including 30-unit Espira Spring, 79-unit Blu Coral Condominium and 29-unit Vogx. It has also sold all thhe units in the 40-unit Palm Gallaria and the 16-unit Espira Residence, which were launched in December 2007. In 2008, the Company also ventured into the pawnbroking business. In January 2009, the Company launched the Palmera Residence project and sold 36 units out of the total 38 units. Some of its subsidiaries include Aspial International Pte. Ltd., World Class Land Pte. Ltd., Gold Purple Pte. Ltd. and Belgium - Singapore Diamond Corporation Pte. Ltd.
