The Company’s products include Direct Investments, Private Equity, Investment Funds, Structured Finance, and Corporate Finance & Advisory Services. It has three wholly owned subsidiaries, Bonyan Holding Company KSC, Marasi Holding Company KSC and Tamaluk Holding Company KSC. The Company has direct investments in Afkar Holding Co (Kuwait), Al Khaleej Development Co (Bahrain), Arkan Al Kuwait Real Estate (Kuwait) and Gulf Real Estate Co (Saudi Arabia).
