Al Enmaa Real Estate Company KSCC, a subsidiary of Kuwait Finance House KSC, is a Kuwait-based company primarily engaged in Sharia-compliant real estate operations and investment activities within Kuwait and abroad. Its main activities include real estate and property investment, purchase, sale, management, marketing, leasing and maintenance. The Company is also engaged in contracting and project management services for residential, commercial and industrial buildings within the public and private sectors; the trade of construction materials, such as steel, plastic and ready-mix concrete; the provision of electric and mechanical equipment maintenance and installation, and offers security services to private and public sector properties. It has two wholly owned subsidiaries, Eresco Real Estate Development SPC based in Bahrain, and Enmaa Gulf Real Estate Company WLL based in Saudi Arabia.
