Autocam Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of Titan Holdings, Inc., which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of Micron Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation. The Company is an independent manufacturer of close tolerance precision-machined, metal alloy components, sub-assemblies and assemblies, primarily for performance and safety critical automotive applications. During the year ended December 31, 2005, the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Autocam Greenville, Inc., acquired Sager Precision Technologies, Inc. (Sager). On January 3, 2006, the Company acquired certain assets and liabilities of ATS Automation Tooling Systems, Inc.’s Precision Metals Division (ATS).
