Morgan Chase & Co., Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Wells Fargo & Co. The Company may also invest up to 15% of the net asset value in equity securities of issuers other than these 15 financial services companies. It offers two types of shares: preferred shares and class A shares. The manager of the Company is Quadravest Inc. and the investment manager is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.
