As of November 30, 2009, the Company invested in 15 financial services companies, which include Bank of Montreal, The Bank of Nova Scotia, CI Financial Corp., Citigroup Inc., The Toronto-Dominion Bank, National Bank of Canada, Royal Bank of Canada, Great West Lifeco Inc., Manulife Financial Corporation, Bank of America Corp., JP Morgan Chase & Co., Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Wells Fargo & Co., Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and Sun Life Financial Services of Canada Inc. The Company may also invest up to 15% of the Net Asset Value in equity securities of issuers. The manager of the Company is Quadravest Inc. (the Manager) and the investment manager is Quadravest Capital Management Inc. (Quadravest).
