GENIVAR Income Fund (the Fund) is an open-ended, limited-purpose trust. The Fund was created for the purpose of acquiring, investing in, holding, transferring, disposing of and otherwise dealing with debt or equity securities of the Trust and other corporations, partnerships, trusts or persons whose operations consist principally in the business of providing Engineering Services and such other investments as the Fund Trustees may determine. In July 2009, the Fund acquired WM. R. Walker Engineering Inc. In September 2009, the Fund announced the acquisition of Magnate Engineering & Associates Inc. and Magnate Communications Corp. In September 2009, the Company acquired 3477592 Canada Inc., doing business under the name Progemes Consultants. In March 2010, the Company announced the acquisition of The Thompson Rosemount Group Inc.
