Boardwalk Pipelines, LP owns and operates natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGLs) pipelines, including integrated storage facilities. The Company's pipeline systems originate in the Gulf Coast region, Oklahoma and Arkansas, and extend northeasterly to the Midwestern states of Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana and Ohio. The Company's pipeline systems contain approximately 14,190 miles of interconnected natural gas pipelines, directly serving customers in around 13 states and indirectly serving customers throughout the northeastern and southeastern United States through interconnections with unaffiliated pipelines. The Company has more than 435 miles of NGLs pipelines serving customers in Texas and Louisiana. The Company's transportation services consist of firm natural gas transportation. The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP.
