On 10/24/2022, Arabtec Holding PJSC along with its subsidiaries, Arabtec Construction LLC, Austrian Arabian Readymix Concrete Co. LLC, Arabtec Precast LLC, and Emirates Falcon Electromechanical Co. were declared Bankrupt by the Dubai Court and the Companies' assets were placed into Liquidation. The Court appointed Ibrahim Abdul Malik and Dr Ali Rashid Sultan Al Kitoob as the Trustees.
